- What size do I order?
- We try hard to include real sizing in the description of the clothing. If there are still questions please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the piece you are looking at and your question we will reply within one business day.
- Do you have a physical store location?
- No we do not. We are now 100% online.
- How do I change an order?
- We apologize but we are unable to make changes to orders once they are submitted. If you would like to cancel the order and replace the order please email us at email@example.com.
- An item I purchased in now on sale. Can I get the price adjusted?
- We love our customers and we apologize but the nature of our business is highly transactional. Ripple Lifestyle does not take responsibility for refunding the difference in our markdowns to our customers.
- What courier does Ripple use for shipping?
- We ship all orders via USPS in the United States. If you are purchasing from outside of the US you will see shipping options at checkout. You can choose from a few different couriers as well as how you would like to pay taxes and duties. We can collect them upfront and pay them when we drop your package off or you may choose to pay them when you receive your package.
- How soon will my order be shipped?
- We are just as excited as you are for your new clothes to arrive. We will get them to you as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of order submission.
- Do you ship international?
- We are now shipping internationally to select regions. If where you are living does not show up in the list at checkout. Email us and we will get you a quote for shipping.
- Can I get expedited shipping?
- We are putting a ton of effort into getting this available for our customers. Stay tuned but as of today we do not do expedited shipping. If you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will try to make arrangements for you to enjoy your wonderful clothing as soon as possible.
- What is your return policy?

- If I receive the wrong items what do I do?
- First and foremost we apologize for the mishap. Please provide the details along with images to email@example.com. Please let us know what the order number was as well. We will respond within 1 business day and resolve the issue.
- My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
- Another dang it! We do all we can to ensure the safe arrival of your product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receipt of the item with your name, order number, and a description of the damage and we will be happy to get the issue resolved. Please allow 1 business day for us to respond to your email.
- Can I exchange an item I purchased?
- We strive to fill your closet with all the comfortable, trendy, and hard to find items we can. However, Ripple does not process exchanges. You may return the item per our return policy if you really would like to. View our return policy here.
